Shipping Conditions

Shipping is carried out within Germany and to the following neighboring countries:

Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Czech Republic, France, Great Britain, Monaco, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Iceland, Romania, Serbia.

No delivery to foreign islands.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:
From €5.49 — Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume.

Deliveries abroad:
From €10.99 — Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination country.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, delivery of the goods will take place:

– within Germany: 2–3 working days
– abroad: 4–8 working days

in each case after the conclusion of the contract or, in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Self-Collection

If you choose self-collection, we will inform you by email as soon as the goods are ready for pickup. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Risk of Breakage During Shipping / Online Shop

Despite careful packaging and the utmost care during shipping, A.M.Schoko cannot guarantee the integrity of the goods during transport.

According to § 447 BGB, in the case of a commercial purchase (B2B), the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping service provider. No guarantee against breakage is provided.

Important Notice on Transport Damage and Perishable Goods:

Our products are delicate and perishable food items (chocolate) that require specific storage and transport conditions. Shipping is carried out according to industry standards and with suitable packaging.

Nevertheless, especially at high outside temperatures, quality impairments may occur that are beyond our control.

According to § 312g paragraph 2 no. 2 BGB, A.M.Schoko assumes no liability for damages or quality losses caused by transport conditions, improper storage after delivery, or temperature influences, unless these are due to our fault.
Returns or refunds will only be accepted for proven defects within the scope of the statutory warranty.

FINE PURE MILK CHOCOLATE

FINE PURE WHITE CHOCOLATE

Ingredients: Sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor.
If colored: Color E100, E133, E160C, E120.
If shellac: E904.

Preservation / Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
All types of chocolate may contain traces of nuts.
